Ingredients:
6 peppers
500 g ground meat (pork or beef)
100 g rice
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 egg
1 can of tomato paste (400 g)
Salt, pepper, ground paprika, and marjoram to taste

Instructions:
- Clean the peppers and remove the seeds. Choose medium-sized peppers that are easy to fill.
- Cook the rice in a pot and let it cool. The rice should be slightly overcooked to ensure it fully cooks inside the peppers.
- Fry the chopped onion and garlic in oil until golden. This base adds a rich flavor to the filling.
- In a bowl, mix the ground meat, cooked rice, fried onion and garlic, egg, salt, pepper, ground paprika, and marjoram. Create a mixture to fill the prepared peppers.
- Place the filled peppers in a pot. Add the tomato paste, a bit of water, and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes until the peppers are soft and the flavors meld perfectly.
